4 months late!! 2 negative pregnancy tests over a month a go.. whats wrong?

Okay.. so my last period was on December 13th. So.. im coming up to being 4 months late. I took a HPT in january- negative. I waited another month, went to my (stupid ******** doctor) for a blood test and negative. Its been about 5 weeks since the negative blood, and STILL no period. I keep getting these lower, sometimes very sharp, pains in the lower part of my pelvic. There was one day out of this whole time my uterus started to contract (cramps that would make you wanna die) and then it stopped- I think this was bc I tried inducing my period by the heating pad method. Anyways my doctor is a stuuuupid rere and is trying to put me through menopause.. LET ME THINK.. NO! I want her to figure out why im not getting a period.. any thoughts? Anybody have the same problem?
