Any of you go through this situation what happen next?

My last period is 21 jan i have 28 days cycle i ovulate 6 feb and bd only 1 time whole month only the day i ovulate 6 of feb.now i missed my period and take hpt with different brands all come negative the only good thing is rise in temperature my temperature goes up and not come down usually my tem go down 2 days before af now its increase and same for 3 days i re do test in few days i need some advice and i call the dr but my dr is not here and my opp is after 2 weeks its a long time to wait i give my name for a blood test but its also after 1 week.any body else go through this situation?what its turn on pregnancy or not pregnancy. its my second baby if i conceive and 1 got positive just after 3 days when i was pregnant with my first son.little bit confuse.
