Bon Jovi This Left Feels Right DVD?

Hi, I was just wondering where can I get the widescreen version of "This Left Feels Right?" I bought one at the store, but its full screen. When the opening credits came up, the names were cut off. I also saw widescreen clips on youtube, so I know a widescreen version has to exist. I looked on ebay, but all were full screen. Any help would be appreciated.
