It is a definite upgrade if all the players that you get stay healthy. From my past fantasy sports experience it never fails that I would get a great player and then he would get hurt for 3 weeks or more. I would research to see who played the most games the past few seasons and go with the healthiest set. They could trade Hank Aaron to you but if he suffers a injury and is out for two months. That's why, years ago, I always took Cal Ripken Jr., he was always a lock to be in the lineup and ready to play. He didn't always have the best numbers, such as A-Rod but he kept me in contention by just being able to play everyday.
