I heard a song..and i have no clue what its called or who its sung by...?

it sounded like Fergie, and it was a slow song about this girl who wanted her dreams to come true. i know thats not a good discription..but i have no idea who it is.. i heard it online on a radio station.. in.. i think Kentucky...but i don't live there.
