How do i transfer a shotgun to someone else in GA?

i have a shot gun that i am giving to a friend, and i was wondering how to transfer it to someone, is there a form or something to sign and doent model and SN# ??? i know georgia does not require the registering of firarms, but what about to transfer.....any help would be appreciated. is there a genaric form just incase cause he is moving to ohio, and i don't know if they have laws on registering guns
