I am post menopausal and suffer most of the horrid symptons but the worst is the racing heart?

I am 53, and am post menopausal, i suffer many of the 30 odd symptons but worst of all are the racing heart beats, ican last for a day sometimes and always a couple of hours and sometimes all night!! i absolutely hate it, i have had ecg's and even been to the doctors with the heart racing, and given 24 hour ecg's, and had heart scan, they say all is fine, when i suggest it could be the menopause i get no response no help and no advice or information, it is not the same as a panic attack at all, the heart will plummet first then race, with little stabby pains around the bones in the shoulders and chest ( as well as all the other muscle and joint pains) what are you supposed to do about it, i am allergic to lots of tablets and vitamins, and cannot have hrt, sometimes i just feel as if i have continuos flu!! and there is noone to help , i just cry and feel so miserable and almost cuicidal helpxx
