Apaches help(easy ques.)?
The Apache Indians lived in the mountains in Arizona and New Mexico. It is Ponderosa Pine forest, fairly dry most of the year with soft gentle rains in the spring and violent thunderstorms in the middle of Summer (July and August) There are patches of Pin Oak that do produce acorns which was an in season staple of their diet. The Apache were hunter gatherers, fierce warriors and raiders. They raided the Pima, Navajo, and other agricultural tribes living down in the river valley areas. About the only achievement that comes to mind is that they fought a valiant battle against the Mexicans and Europeans that required mive amounts of man power to win, with limited resources and technology. They invented guerrilla warfare.
