I need some help finding a car?

I'm 15 and i live on Martha's Vineyard. I'm looking for a good car for when i can drive during the summer it is very hot here and people from all around the world come here so i would want a sporty car but it snows a lot here in the winter so i would want a bigger car that would be safe on snow so im not sure what kinda car i should get and i can spend up to around $15,000 so if anyone can help me please do
